Zsolt Szalai brings over two decades of robust experience in finance, treasury, and controlling across a spectrum of industries including banking, transport, construction logistics, and passenger transport. With a career marked by leadership, Zsolt has excelled in pivotal roles for more than twelve years, demonstrating a keen acumen for management and strategic planning.

Zsolt's professional journey began in the controlling department of a prominent Hungarian company. His expertise quickly propelled him into significant roles, including serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for GYSEV CARGO Zrt. in 2015, followed by a similar role at MÁV-START Zrt. Subsequently, in 2017, he assumed the position of Head of Investment Controlling at MÁV Zrt., where he remained until 2023, overseeing substantial investment portfolios and financial strategies.

Currently, Zsolt channels his extensive knowledge and entrepreneurial spirit into his own ventures as the founder and co-owner of NPB Group. Under his leadership, NPB Group thrives across multiple sectors including tourism, real estate development, brokerage, and financial consulting, contributing significantly to the industry with innovative solutions and strategic development. Zsolt's vision for NPB Group is not only to lead in its current markets but to set benchmarks in service excellence and client satisfaction.

István Balassa has been active in the construction industry since 1978. After a decade in major public firms, he launched his own company. With a mechanical engineering degree and building engineering credentials, his enterprise flourished post-1989. From 2000 to 2010, he oversaw villa constructions in Los Angeles, expanding his expertise as an architect and locksmith. Returning to Hungary in 2010, he spearheaded significant state projects, including Kossuth Square and Széll Kálmán Square renovations, and managed healthcare facility constructions across cities like Esztergom and Veszprém. Concurrently, he developed apartment buildings nationwide. Joining the NPB Group in 2023, his 40+ years of industry experience ensure quality and professionalism in the group’s projects, both domestically and internationally.

Gabrielle Lincoln, the Chief Marketing Officer at NPB Group, is an accomplished professional from Australia with over seven years of experience in marketing, operations, and journalism. Leading a dynamic team at SOCH Studio prior to her current role, she delivered innovative, strategic marketing solutions across various industries, earning a reputation for dedication, creativity, and building strong client relationships based on trust and mutual respect.

Édua Vági is an architect, one of the founders and owners of Eco Wood Homes Ltd, established in 2020. As an architect, she has been active in Hungary for 8 years, learning from several renowned architects before starting her own business. Eventually, her passion was directed towards wood, leading her to start her own venture. Even her university thesis was on timber architecture, but she has worked with all available technologies in the market. Her goal is to move architecture towards sustainability and ecology, respecting the old while creating something new.

Sárosi Mariann

After Mariann Sárosi completed her studies in finance and accounting, she ran an accounting firm from 1992, then from 1998 she worked as the financial director of a Hungarian-owned telecommunications company. In 2006, looking for new challenges, she studied within the framework of IBS. With the banking qualification obtained here, she got a job in the banking sector, where she gained experience in examining the creditworthiness and financing of companies, in addition to performing the duties of deputy branch manager. Her job included the management of the company's treasury transactions. With her 32-year financial and banking experience, she is well suited to the international plans of the NBP group and to the performance of their financial management duties.

Ildikó completed her studies at one of the strongest accounting and economics universities in Hungary. After university, She was employed in the controlling department of a Hungarian national railway company, where she dealt with the analysis of locomotive mileage, the allocation and monitoring of financial resources for investments, and prepared materials for the decision-making of top managers. From 2018, She founded her own company, in which she develops the business plan and economic model of small and large investment projects. In the last 6 years, projects from 800 million forints to several billion forints can be found in the portfolio of her company. Since the establishment of NPB Group in 2023, she has managed the Controlling area.

Dr. Mészáros Izabella

Head of legal affairs

Dr Izabella Mészáros continued her studies at the University of Szeged, where she graduated in 1999. Afterwards, she gained the necessary experience for the bar exam in several civil law firms and in public administration. In 2009, she founded her own one-person law firm as a member of the Budapest Bar Association, and has a stable clientele. Her areas of expertise include corporate law, non-profit sector, real estate law, legal implementation of condominium projects, but she is also close to family law, which requires a more personal and empathetic approach to her clients. She is also open to challenges and is happy to try her hand at new areas of law. She works mainly on her own, but also works in partnership with other law firms on more complex workloads.
