A member of the group is ThinkInFlow Consulting Ltd., established in 2018 with the purpose of providing strategic support to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in implementing their investment and development projects. Although investment decisions are often straightforward, the analysis of their long- term economic impacts and the determination of optimal financing sources are of critical importance.

The objective of ThinkInFlow Consulting Ltd. is to assist businesses in selecting the most effective development strategies and financing sources in order to maximize the efficiency of their future operations.

Since 2020, ThinkInFlow Consulting Ltd. has been actively participating in the establishment of Hungarian companies for foreign businesses, primarily from the United States and the Middle East. During this time, the entity have gained sufficient experience in supporting successful company formations in Hungary, both in financial and legal aspects.

Assix Trading Ltd. Site Development and Capacity Expansion

Assix Trading Ltd. has been serving as an independent supplier to numerous automotive, machinery, and construction companies in Hungary since 2004, with 90% of the products sold directly sourced from manufacturers. Over the years, the company has gradually built up the knowledge and capacity to generate increasing added value for the company. The aim of the development is to establish a new narrow metal strip slitting plant with a cutting center and the creation of a solar panel mounting structure manufacturing plant equipped with fixed and sun-tracking rotating technology resistant to extreme weather conditions. The business plan for the partially credit-financed investment was prepared by ThinkInFlow Consulting Ltd., a subsidiary of the NBP Group. In the plan, the business model, activities, financial expectations, and the economic impact of the planned site development investment on the company's operations in the coming years were presented.

Establishment of a Civil Aircraft Maintenance and Parts Recycling Base in Hungary, and Implementation of the Necessary Infrastructure

The project aims to create a unique base in Hungary and Central Europe with the tasks of decommissioning retired aircraft and recycling their parts, as well as performing maintenance work on active civil aircraft in operation and temporarily storing aircraft taken out of service. During the preparation of the feasibility study for the project, it became clear that Hungarian companies have technological solutions that would enable a 95% recycling of aircraft materials. Since the COVID-19 pandemic has had a particularly severe economic impact on the civil aviation sector, the implementation of the project and the services it provides particularly justify the project's viability. The feasibility study of the project and the comprehensive business plan were prepared by ThinkInFlow Consulting Ltd., a subsidiary of the NBP Group.

Move Europe Logistics Ltd. is a logistics business founded by foreign and Hungarian investors and experts. Although it only started its operations in Hungary in 2023, the company's vision includes becoming one of the largest freight and logistics companies in Hungary and Central Europe within the next five years. The owners have the necessary capital and professional experience for this. ThinkInFlow Consulting Ltd. participated in the establishment of the business, the compilation of its short and long- term business plans, and has been active in the development of the company's entire operational model, including its financial monitoring and controlling system.
